Appliance Pro Service Call Pricing

Service Call/ Diagnostic Fees: Service call/ diagnostic fee ranges from $99 (Domestic Appliances), $129 (Select High-End Appliances) and up to $189 (Commercial Appliances) for local services. An extra fee may be charged if we are traveling outside of our standard service areas listed on the website or Google My Business’s (Ref. Lake And Porter Counties).

Payments (Credit/Debit): There is a 3% convenience fee added to the invoice when paying with credit cards or debit cards.

Parts: Malfunctioning components are replaced and are billed together with the service charge and work.

Warranty: Customer happiness is our top priority. We stand by our work and to confirm it we provide a warranty on our services:

60 Days labor warranty
1 year parts warranty (excluding certain OEM ERC/ PCB Controls as some manufactures warranty 180 days only.)
